Sales Leader
Total dollar volume of every deal that went under contract this month — your own listing, another Adams Cameron agent's listing where you represented the buyer, or a cooperating brokerage's listing where you represented the buyer. Split a deal with a teammate? You're each credited for your share of the commission split; solo agents get full credit. Deals that later fall through drop off the count.

Number of listings taken this month (by list date) that are still active, under contract, sold, or coming soon — withdrawn and expired listings don't count. Co-listed properties split the count itself by your share (a 50/50 co-listing earns each agent 0.5), so totals can land on numbers like "2.5 listings." Ties are broken by combined list price.
