These tools are for internal Adams, Cameron & Co. use only. Access is limited to licensed agents, managers, and staff with valid @adamscameron.com Google Workspace accounts.

When using our business planning and coaching tools, we collect information you enter, including:
- Your name, office location, and contact information
- Business goals, earning targets, and market focus areas
- Personal motivations and professional objectives
- Weekly activity reports and check-in responses

- Your Google Workspace identity (name, email address) when you authenticate
- Device type and browser information for compatibility purposes
- Usage patterns within our tools to improve the coaching experience
SMS Messaging Information
If you enroll in our SMS coaching program (AC Pathfinder), we collect:
- Your mobile phone number (from your agent profile or as provided)
- Message content from SMS check-in conversations
- Message delivery status and timestamps
- Opt-in and opt-out records
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To generate personalized business plans tailored to your goals and market
- To deliver weekly SMS coaching check-ins and activity reminders
- To track your progress against your stated goals over time
- To provide your assigned sales manager or coach with insight into your performance and challenges

- To schedule and prepare for monthly coaching sessions

- To send calendar invitations for coaching sessions via Google Calendar
We do not sell your personal information to any third party, and we do not use your information for advertising purposes outside of Adams, Cameron & Co.'s internal programs.
SMS Messaging — Your Rights
If you enroll in our SMS coaching program, the following terms apply:
Opt-In
You opt in to receive SMS messages by completing the enrollment process on the SMS Enrollment page (linked from AC Pathfinder) or in the AC Pathfinder business plan generator. Enrollment is entirely voluntary. You will not receive SMS coaching messages unless you explicitly complete the opt-in process.
Types of Messages
By opting in, you consent to receive the following types of SMS messages from Adams, Cameron & Co. at the phone number you provide:
- Weekly coaching check-in questions
- Activity reminders tied to your business plan commitments
- Playbook task reminders (open house prep, listing appointment prep, showing day prep)
- Coaching session scheduling confirmations and reminders
- Brief motivational messages from your coach
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your coaching plan. Typically you will receive 1-3 messages per week during active coaching periods.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also pause your coaching program through the AC Pathfinder web interface or by contacting your sales manager. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages unless you re-enroll.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS messages you receive and send.

Information Sharing
Your information is shared only as follows:
Within Adams, Cameron & Co.
- Your assigned coach or sales manager — sees your check-in responses, progress scores, and coaching snapshots to support your development
- Your office coordinator — may have read access to your activity data to provide timely operational support
- Operations management — Kelly Brooks and John Adams have administrative access for program oversight
Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate our coaching tools. Each is bound by their own privacy policies:
- Google Cloud Platform — database hosting and infrastructure (privacy policy)
- Google Workspace — authentication, email, and calendar integration (privacy policy)
- Twilio — SMS message delivery (privacy policy)
- Google Gemini API — AI-powered business plan generation (terms)
We do not share your personal information with any other third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Data Retention
We retain your coaching data for the duration of your affiliation with Adams, Cameron & Co. and for a period of three years following your departure, to support any legitimate business, legal, or compliance needs.
SMS opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor your preferences.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. Deletion requests will be honored within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted database storage on Google Cloud SQL
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Google OAuth authentication — we never store your Google password
- Access controls limiting data visibility to appropriate staff roles
- Regular automated backups with point-in-time recovery

Your Rights
As a user of our internal tools, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information in your profile
- Request deletion of your personal data (subject to retention obligations)
