Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the internal tools and services provided by Adams, Cameron & Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through johnadams.org and associated domains, including the AC Pathfinder coaching program, business plan generator, and related applications.
By accessing or using these tools — including by authenticating with your Google Workspace account — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use these tools.
These tools are exclusively for use by licensed real estate agents, managers, and staff of Adams, Cameron & Co. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
Description of Services
Adams, Cameron & Co. provides the following internal tools through this platform:
Business Plan Generator
An AI-powered tool that helps agents create personalized 12-month business plans based on their goals, market focus, experience, and financial targets. Plans are generated using Google Gemini AI and are intended as starting frameworks — not financial or legal advice.
AC Pathfinder Coaching Program
A voluntary coaching and accountability program that includes weekly SMS check-ins, progress tracking, scorecard analysis, and regular sessions with an assigned sales manager or coach. Participation requires explicit opt-in.
Coaching Playbooks
Structured task sequences designed to help agents prepare for specific real estate activities including open houses, listing appointments, and buyer showings. Playbook tasks are reminders and best-practice guides, not mandatory requirements.
Important: Business plans, scorecards, and AI-generated content provided through these tools are for informational and coaching purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions involving significant financial commitments.
Eligibility and Access
Access to these tools is limited to:
- Currently licensed real estate agents affiliated with Adams, Cameron & Co.
- Sales managers and office coordinators employed by Adams, Cameron & Co.
- Administrative staff as designated by company leadership
Access is granted through your Adams, Cameron & Co. Google Workspace account (@adamscameron.com). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You must notify management immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Access is automatically revoked when your affiliation with Adams, Cameron & Co. ends. Continued access attempts after separation are prohibited.
SMS Messaging Terms
The following terms apply specifically to the AC Pathfinder SMS coaching program:
Voluntary Participation
Enrollment in SMS coaching is entirely voluntary. You must complete the opt-in process on the SMS Enrollment page (linked from AC Pathfinder) or within the AC Pathfinder business plan generator to receive SMS messages. You will not be penalized professionally for choosing not to enroll.
Consent to Receive Messages
By completing the enrollment process, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Adams, Cameron & Co. at the mobile number you provide, including:
- Weekly coaching check-in questions
- Activity reminders and task nudges related to your business plan
- Open house, listing appointment, and showing preparation reminders
- Coaching session confirmations and scheduling messages
- Motivational and accountability messages from your coach
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your coaching plan and activity level. You will typically receive between 1 and 5 messages per week during active coaching periods. Message frequency may increase during specific activity periods (e.g., the week before an open house).
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Adams, Cameron & Co. does not charge for SMS messages sent through this program.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from our program number (+1 386-222-0033)
- Contacting your sales manager or coach directly
- Reaching out to [email protected]
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

All SMS messages from Adams, Cameron & Co.'s coaching program will be sent from +1 (386) 222-0033.
Acceptable Use
When using these tools, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your business plan and check-ins
- Use the tools only for their intended coaching and business planning purposes
- Keep your check-in responses honest — the coaching program only works if you're candid about challenges and results
- Not attempt to access data belonging to other agents without authorization
- Not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any portion of these tools
- Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access to management immediately
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with anyone
- Use these tools to harass, intimidate, or harm any colleague
- Attempt to manipulate AI-generated outputs for dishonest purposes
- Access these tools after your affiliation with Adams, Cameron & Co. has ended
AI-Generated Content
Business plans, scorecards, playbook suggestions, and other content generated by these tools are produced using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
- Business plans are starting frameworks based on your inputs — not guarantees of any financial outcome
- Infographics and visual summaries are for motivational and organizational purposes only
- AI analysis of your check-in responses is a coaching aid, not a performance evaluation for employment purposes
- You should apply your own professional judgment to all AI-generated recommendations
Adams, Cameron & Co. is not liable for business outcomes resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.
Confidentiality
Information shared through these tools — including your personal motivations, financial goals, challenges, and qualitative check-in responses — is treated as confidential within Adams, Cameron & Co.
Your check-in data is shared with your assigned coach or sales manager and designated administrative staff, as described in our Privacy Policy. It is not shared with other agents or external parties without your consent.
Aggregate, anonymized data (e.g., common training needs across the agent population) may be used to improve company programs and training offerings without identifying individual agents.
Intellectual Property
The tools, interfaces, playbook content, coaching frameworks, and all materials provided through johnadams.org are the property of Adams, Cameron & Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Business plans generated for your personal use remain your property. However, the underlying tool, prompts, and methodology are proprietary to Adams, Cameron & Co.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these tools without written permission from Adams, Cameron & Co. leadership.
Disclaimer of Warranties
These tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Adams, Cameron & Co. does not warrant that:
- The tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- AI-generated business plans will result in any particular level of business success
- SMS messages will be delivered within any specific timeframe
- The coaching program will produce measurable improvements in any agent's performance
The coaching program is a support resource. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, market conditions, and circumstances outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adams, Cameron & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of these tools, including but not limited to lost commissions, lost business opportunities, or any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of these tools shall not exceed the amount you paid to use them — which, as internal company tools, is zero.
Modifications
Adams, Cameron & Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active program participants via email. Your continued use of these tools after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of these tools at any time without liability.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of these tools shall be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
