John's Workshop — Agent Resource Guide

John's Workshop is the proprietary technology platform built exclusively for Adams Cameron agents, staff, and leadership. Accessible at johnadams.org, it brings together a suite of tools that help you prospect for new business, market listings, serve buyers, stay connected with past clients, manage operations, and grow your skills — all in one place.

Whether you're preparing a listing presentation, calculating contract deadlines, generating a market report, or building a business plan, John's Workshop has a tool for it. Many tools are powered by AI (specifically Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant) and connect directly to DeltaNet, Form Simplicity, the MLS systems, and other platforms you already use.

Access: Log in at johnadams.org using your Adams Cameron credentials. Individual agents log in with their own credentials and see tools relevant to their role; some tools shown here (marked Manager / Staff) are only visible to staff and managers.

How the Workshop Is Organized

The Workshop is divided into six sections based on what you're trying to accomplish:

  1. Find New Prospects — Tools to build your pipeline and visibility
  2. Listing Marketing — Tools to market properties and manage listing activity
  3. Buyer Assistance — Tools to support buyer transactions
  4. Maintain Relationships — Tools to stay connected after the close
  5. Learn and Find Help — Coaching, training, and support resources
  6. Office & Operations — Back-office and management tools

Section 1: Find New Prospects

These tools help agents generate leads, build their online reputation, and put themselves in front of more potential clients.

Floor Time

What it does: Floor Time is the scheduling system for managing office duty shifts. Staff and managers use it to configure shifts and available time slots, set which agents are eligible to take floor time, collect agent availability preferences, and publish finalized monthly schedules directly to Google Calendar.

Who uses it: Primarily office managers and staff who build the schedule, and agents who submit their availability and view their assigned shifts.

When to use it: At the beginning of each month when floor duty schedules are being built, or whenever you need to check or update your floor time assignments.

Common Questions

Upcoming Listings & Buyer Needs

What it does: This tool lets agents submit upcoming listings (properties not yet on the MLS) and active buyer needs (clients looking for a specific type of property) so they appear on the Adams Cameron Hotsheet for all agents to see.

Who uses it: Any agent who has a new listing coming soon or a buyer actively looking for a property.

When to use it: As soon as you have a listing agreement signed for a property that isn't live yet, or when you have a buyer client with specific needs you'd like to broadcast company-wide.

Why it matters: This creates an internal network effect — your upcoming listing might match another agent's buyer need, leading to an in-house transaction before the property even hits the MLS.

Common Questions

Open Upcoming Listings & Buyer Needs →

Agent Bio Creator & Updater

What it does: This AI-powered tool generates a professional biography for you based on your answers to a short questionnaire. It produces polished, natural-language bios suitable for your Adams Cameron website profile and your DeltaNet agent profile. You can also use it to update an existing bio.

Who uses it: Any agent who needs a professional bio written or updated. New agents should use this as one of their first steps.

When to use it: When you join Adams Cameron, when your experience or credentials change (new designations, years in business milestones, changed specialty areas), or when your current bio feels stale.

  1. Go to Agent Bio Creator & Updater in the Workshop.
  2. Answer the questionnaire — questions about your background, specialties, geographic areas, designations, personal details, and what makes you unique.
  3. The AI generates a professional bio. You can edit, regenerate, or approve it.
  4. Once approved, the bio can be pushed to your DeltaNet profile.

Common Questions

Open Agent Bio Creator →

Agent Photo Updater

What it does: Allows agents to upload a new professional profile photo and push it directly to their DeltaNet account. Optionally, AI enhancement effects can be applied — options include a polished professional look (clean background, improved lighting), a beach scene, or a caricature style.

Who uses it: Any agent who needs to update their headshot or add a DeltaNet profile photo.

When to use it: When you get new professional photos, or when your current photo is outdated.

  1. Upload your photo in the tool.
  2. Optionally choose an AI enhancement style.
  3. Preview the result and confirm.
  4. The updated photo is pushed to your DeltaNet profile.

Common Questions

Open Agent Photo Updater →

Online Presence Audit

What it does: Uses AI (Claude) to evaluate an agent's overall online presence across multiple dimensions: social media activity and consistency, online reviews (Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.), platform profile completeness, local SEO performance, AI search visibility (how you appear in ChatGPT and similar AI tools), brand consistency, and compliance with real estate advertising rules.

Who uses it: Agents who want to understand and improve how they show up online. Managers can also use it to audit agents they coach.

When to use it: Periodically (quarterly or annually) as part of a business review, or when an agent is working to improve their lead generation and visibility.

What you get: A scored assessment with specific findings and actionable recommendations for each area.

Common Questions

Open Online Presence Audit →

DeltaNet Profile Audit

What it does: Scores how completely an agent's DeltaNet profile is filled out compared to company benchmarks. It checks for a profile photo, biography, designations/certifications listed, reviews collected, lead capture settings, and other completeness factors.

Who uses it: Individual agents checking their own profile, and managers reviewing their agents' DeltaNet presence.

When to use it: When onboarding, after making profile updates, or as part of any profile improvement initiative.

Hold an Open House Beta

What it does: Hosting an open house is an opportunity to market to your sphere, put your name in front of buyers, and bring in new prospects. This tool shows every listing other agents have made available to hold open, lets you reserve a date, and then guides you with a dated plan: telling your sphere, advance signage, letting the neighbors know, printing and packing, running the open house, and following up. The visitors you meet are yours.

Who uses it: Any agent who wants to host — no production minimum, and no limit on how many you hold. Listing agents hosting their own listing use Open House Listing Manager instead (same plan).

When to use it: Ideally at least 5 days before the open house, so there's time for social posts and signs. Shorter notice is fine — steps whose dates have passed show as catch-up tasks due today.

  1. Find a listing. On the Find a listing tab, filter by date, city, price, beds or type. Each listing shows its photo, price, listing agent, any notes for the host, and its available dates.
  2. Pick one or more dates. Times default to the window the listing agent allows (usually 1–4 pm); you can shorten them within it.
  3. Check your plan. Before you confirm, you see every step with its real due date.
  4. Reserve. The date is yours (nobody else can take it), the listing agent is emailed to enter the open house in the MLS and set you as showing agent in DeltaNet, and you land on the open house's plan page.
  5. Add it to your Google Calendar. One button puts the open house on your calendar plus a short reminder for each step, with its checklist and how-to link. Nothing goes on the listing agent's calendar.
  6. Work the plan. Tick off checklists, mark steps done or skip them, and use the How to and DeltaNet links on each step. The page also checks DeltaNet and shows when the open house is in the MLS and when you've been set as the showing agent.
  7. Use the drafts. On Tell your sphere, write Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn posts in your own voice (and optional theme ideas); on Let the neighbors know, a courtesy note to print with a DeltaNet flyer. They're drafts — edit before you use them.
  8. Afterwards: enter every sign-in in DeltaNet the same day and set them up for Open House Campaign, then fill in the short wrap-up — how many came, how they heard, what they said. It goes to the listing agent as a report.
No visitor names in the tool. Visitors sign in on the paper sheet or with DeltaNet's Open House Connector (app or PC), and their details go into DeltaNet — not here. DeltaNet's Open House Campaign handles the email follow-up; you still follow up by phone or text.

Section 2: Listing Marketing

These tools help you market properties more effectively, handle MLS data efficiently, and give listings a competitive edge.

Comprehensive Market Update

What it does: Generates a full market analysis report from MLS data exports. Upload active listing and sold listing data exported from your MLS, and the tool produces a professional market report including days on market (DOM), absorption rate, price per square foot, list-to-sale price ratios, and other key metrics.

Who uses it: Listing agents preparing for seller presentations, agents working with investor clients, and managers who produce periodic market updates.

When to use it: Before listing presentations, when preparing quarterly market updates for your sphere, or any time a client asks "how's the market?"

  1. Export active and sold listing data from your MLS (Daytona or Stellar).
  2. Upload the export files in the Comprehensive Market Update tool.
  3. The tool processes the data and generates the report.
  4. Download or share the finished market analysis.

Common Questions

Open Comprehensive Market Update →

MLS Magic

What it does: Solves the double-MLS challenge for Adams Cameron agents. It reads listings from one MLS system (either Daytona MLS or Stellar MLS) and automatically fills in the data entry fields for the other system, eliminating the need to manually re-enter listing data twice.

Who uses it: Listing agents who enter listings into both the Daytona MLS and Stellar MLS systems.

When to use it: Any time you're entering a new listing or updating an existing one that needs to be in both MLS systems.

Why it matters: Manually entering the same listing twice is time-consuming and error-prone. MLS Magic can significantly reduce the administrative burden of dual-MLS markets.

Common Questions

Open MLS Magic →

Cameron's Lens

What it does: An AI tool that takes your existing listing information and enhances the property description. It produces more compelling, buyer-focused listing copy and suggests specific photo improvements to make the listing more attractive online.

Who uses it: Listing agents who want stronger property descriptions and more effective photography guidance.

When to use it: When entering a new listing, refreshing a stale listing, or before a price reduction to re-energize buyer interest.

  1. Enter (or paste) your current listing details — address, bedrooms, baths, features, price, etc.
  2. Cameron's Lens generates an enhanced description.
  3. It also provides photo suggestions specific to the property type and features.
  4. Copy the enhanced description into your MLS listing.

Common Questions

Open Cameron's Lens →

Cameron's Stage

What it does: Creates a virtual property tour, including an AI-generated custom song for the property. The output is a shareable tour link you can add to your MLS listing or post on social media.

Who uses it: Listing agents looking to differentiate their listings with creative, shareable content.

When to use it: For any listing where you want to stand out — especially higher-value listings, unique properties, or any market where competition for buyers is intense.

What you get: A virtual tour link that can be embedded in MLS listings and shared across social platforms.

Common Questions

Open Cameron's Stage →

Open House Listing Manager Beta

What it does: Lets you offer your listings to be held open by other agents. You can't hold every listing open yourself; your seller gets the exposure and so do you. You mark the dates each listing is available on a calendar, other agents reserve them from Hold an Open House, and you get a short report after each one. The host keeps the visitors they meet; you get the report.

Who uses it: Listing agents, for their Active and Coming Soon listings in Daily Desk. Team leaders see their teammates' listings too.

When to use it: As soon as a listing is ready to be shown. Coming Soon listings can have dates set in advance; open houses can be reserved once the listing is Active.

  1. Open the tool. Each listing shows its photo, price and status, plus a one-line summary: dates available, who has reserved, or the last open house's results.
  2. Click Set availability on a listing to open its calendar.
  3. Select dates by tapping them, or use a quick pick: Every day this month, Every day, next 90 days, Weekends this month, Saturdays or Sundays. Dates that already have an open house are left out of the quick picks.
  4. Set the times (1–4 pm by default), then Mark available. You can also Mark not available, or Clear dates back to not offered.
  5. Optionally add Notes for the host — for example, "Back door key is on the counter, highlight the views."

The calendar colors each date: green for available, gray for not available, blue for reserved (with the host's first name), and gold for dates you're hosting yourself. Reserved dates are listed under the calendar with a link to each open house's plan page.

When a host reserves: you're emailed (and texted, if you've opted in) with two jobs. First, enter the open house in the MLS with that exact date and time. Second, once DeltaNet shows it, open it and set the host as the showing agent — DeltaNet picks up MLS open houses automatically but doesn't carry the host over, and the host's name is what open house searchers see. The plan page checks both automatically through DeltaNet.

Lockbox Manager

What it does: Tracks the company's lockbox inventory across all offices. Records check-in and check-out of individual lockboxes by serial number, the agent they're assigned to, and the property they're on.

Who uses it: Primarily office staff and managers who manage the physical lockbox inventory. Agents can check their assigned lockboxes.

When to use it: When checking out a lockbox for a new listing, returning a lockbox after a closing, or auditing current lockbox inventory.

For full step-by-step check-out/check-in instructions, see the Staff Reference Guide.

Common Questions

Open Lockbox Manager →

ACC Binder

What it does: Accepts an uploaded contract or listing packet (a single PDF with multiple forms) and uses AI to automatically split it into its individual component forms, then uploads those individual forms directly to Form Simplicity.

Who uses it: Transaction coordinators, listing agents, and buyer's agents who need to upload contracts to Form Simplicity.

When to use it: Any time you receive a contract or packet as a single PDF and need to get the individual forms into Form Simplicity quickly and accurately.

Why it matters: Manually splitting PDFs and uploading them form-by-form is tedious. ACC Binder automates what used to be a multi-step manual process.

Common Questions

Open ACC Binder →

Contract Date Calculator

What it does: Calculates all important due dates in a Florida FAR/BAR residential purchase contract automatically. Enter key dates from the contract and it instantly produces a complete timeline — inspection period end date, earnest money deposit deadlines, financing contingency dates, title commitment deadline, closing date, and more.

Who uses it: Agents, transaction coordinators, and anyone managing an active contract.

When to use it: As soon as a contract is executed (both parties signed). This should be one of the first things you do when a sale goes under contract.

  1. Enter the contract execution date, effective date, and other key dates from the contract.
  2. Enter the number of days specified for each contingency period.
  3. The calculator produces a full date timeline accounting for weekends and holidays per Florida contract rules.
  4. Under Link to a transaction, pick the deal (it's usually picked for you from the MLS# or address), then Save & Share. The dates then also appear on your client's Customer Portal.

Adams Cameron Hotsheet

What it does: Generates the daily activity report for Adams Cameron agents. Shows new listings that came on the market, properties that went under contract, closings that occurred, price changes, upcoming open houses, and submitted buyer needs — all filtered to Adams Cameron activity.

Who uses it: All agents. Also staff and managers.

When to use it: Daily. The Hotsheet is how you stay on top of what's happening in your market and within the company.

Common Questions

Open Adams Cameron Hotsheet →

Section 3: Buyer Assistance

The Buyer Assistance section shares three tools with Listing Marketing, as they serve both sides of a transaction:

Tip for buyer's agents: Use the Hotsheet to identify new listings the moment they hit the market. Use Upcoming Listings & Buyer Needs to post your buyer's criteria so listing agents can reach out with properties before they're publicly listed.

Section 4: Maintain Relationships

These tools help you stay connected with past clients and participate in company community initiatives.

Review Engine Manager / Staff

What it does: Manages the post-closing review request process. Tracks the full funnel of review requests — who was sent a request, who clicked the link, and who completed a review. Also tracks A/B test results across different email template variants so you can see which messaging gets more reviews, and monitors monthly review targets.

Who uses it: Agents who want to systematically collect online reviews, and managers tracking team review performance.

When to use it: After every closing. A consistent review strategy is one of the highest-ROI activities an agent can do.

Why reviews matter: Online reviews are a primary trust signal for new clients researching agents. Google, Zillow, and Realtor.com reviews directly influence whether a potential client calls you or a competitor.

Common Questions

Adams Cameron Foundation

What it does: Provides agents and staff a window into the Adams Cameron Foundation — the company's charitable giving initiative. Shows office-by-office participation statistics, provides information about the Foundation's partner charities, and allows you to manage your own donation pledge.

Who uses it: Any agent or staff member who participates in or wants to learn about the Adams Cameron Foundation.

When to use it: To set up or update your donation pledge, to see how your office is participating, or to learn about the charities the Foundation supports.

Staff processing Foundation thank-you letters to buyers/sellers should see the Staff Reference Guide — that's a related but separate workflow from agent pledges shown here.

Common Questions

Customer Portal Beta

What it does: Gives your buyers and sellers their own page about their home with Adams Cameron. They see you front and centre (photo, call, text, email), where their deal stands and what's next, and the details that matter at each stage:

Where to find it: open Customer Portal from the Tools page (Maintain Relationships) or the Agent Hub menu. It lists every customer you've represented who has an email on file — closed deals too — and shows whether they've opened their page. For each one:

The same Preview and Copy buttons are on each listing or contract in Agent Hub. Customers can also request their own link at johnadams.org/portal.html with the email on their deal.

Section 5: Learn and Find Help

These resources support your professional growth, help you learn the Adams Cameron system, and give you channels to get help when you need it.

AC Pathfinder

What it does: AC Pathfinder is the agent coaching and business planning hub. It helps you build a 12-month business plan tailored to your goals, tracks your weekly progress against that plan, facilitates check-ins, and keeps you connected with your coach.

Who uses it: All agents, especially those participating in Adams Cameron's coaching programs. New agents should engage with Pathfinder early in their career.

When to use it: At the start of the year (or when you join) to set your annual business plan, and then weekly to check in on progress.

Agent Recognition Quiz

What it does: A photo-based identification game that helps agents and staff learn to recognize their Adams Cameron colleagues by face. A photo is shown and you choose the correct name from four options.

Who uses it: New agents learning the Adams Cameron team, and anyone who wants to strengthen their knowledge of colleagues across offices.

When to use it: During onboarding, or any time you want to sharpen your recognition of company colleagues — especially useful before company events or large meetings.

Why it matters: Adams Cameron has approximately 300 agents across multiple offices. Knowing your colleagues by name and face strengthens the culture of the company and improves referral relationships between agents.

Feedback & Support

What it does: The channel for submitting bug reports, feature requests, and suggestions about Workshop tools. You can also view and vote on items already submitted by other agents, and track the status of requests.

Who uses it: Any agent or staff member who finds a bug, has an idea for a new tool or feature, or wants to see what improvements are in progress.

When to use it: Any time a tool isn't working as expected, or when you have an idea that would make the Workshop more useful.

Common Questions

Staff Reference Guide Manager / Staff

What it does: A step-by-step how-to guide for internal staff covering the operations tools. Specifically covers the Daily Desk (managing daily office operations), Market Notices (publishing market update communications), Floor Time (scheduling and managing floor duty), and Lockbox Manager (inventory tracking).

Who uses it: Office staff and managers who operate these systems day-to-day.

When to use it: During training, when onboarding a new staff member, or as a reference when handling an unfamiliar situation in any of these tools.

Section 6: Office & Operations

These tools support the management and operational side of Adams Cameron. Most are primarily used by managers and staff, though several are useful for all agents.

Agent Roster

What it does: A searchable directory of Adams Cameron agents, office management teams, and featured service partners — including Title, Mortgage, Association, and Property Management partners. The Roster is mobile-installable, meaning you can save it to your phone's home screen for quick access.

Who uses it: All agents and staff.

When to use it: When you need to look up a colleague's contact information, find out which manager covers a specific office, or identify a recommended title, mortgage, or other service partner.

Common Questions

Open Agent Roster →

Agent Records Manager / Staff

What it does: The administrative tool for viewing and editing agent profile data. Covers contact information, external system IDs (DeltaNet ID, Profit Power ID, NRDS/NAR member number), and notification settings (which alerts and communications each agent receives).

Who uses it: Managers and staff who maintain agent records, and agents who need to update their own contact information or notification preferences.

When to use it: When an agent's phone number or email changes, when a new agent needs their DeltaNet and Profit Power IDs entered, or when notification settings need adjustment.

Common Questions

Open Agent Records →

Daily Desk Manager / Staff

What it does: Provides an office-scoped, real-time view of active listings, contracts currently in progress, and today's specific action items. Pulls live data from DeltaNet, Form Simplicity, and the Adams Cameron transaction database to create a single operational dashboard for each office.

Who uses it: Office managers, staff, and team leaders who need a daily operational overview of what's happening in their office.

When to use it: Every morning to start the day with a clear picture of office activity — what's active, what's under contract, and what needs attention today.

For detailed transaction entry and workflow instructions, see the Staff Reference Guide.

Common Questions

Open Daily Desk →

Agent Onboarding & Offboarding Manager / Staff

What it does: Tracks the onboarding tasks for every new agent and the offboarding tasks for every departing agent. Each task is assigned to the Office Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Admin and filed under the agent's office.

Who uses it: Office Coordinators, Sales Managers, and Admin.

When to use it: Whenever an agent joins or leaves. A checklist starts automatically when the hire or termination is logged in Agent Records, or you can start one by hand with Start checklist.

Common Questions

Who uses it: Managers and leadership who want to understand Workshop adoption and identify opportunities for agent training or encouragement.

When to use it: When evaluating which tools are getting traction, which agents are engaging with the Workshop, or when planning training initiatives.

Common Questions

Production Leaderboard Coming Soon

What it does: Displays sales rankings for Adams Cameron agents — Sales Leader, Listing Leader, and President's Club GCI rankings — viewable company-wide or filtered by office.

Status: Currently listed as "Coming Soon." This tool is under development.

Who will use it: All agents (to see their ranking), managers (to recognize top performers), and leadership.

Section 7: Notifications & Messaging

There are two independent systems for staying informed at Adams Cameron: Communication Preferences, which you manage yourself, and Broadcast Messaging, a staff tool for sending one-off text alerts. They are not duplicates of each other — each sends a genuinely different kind of message, over a different channel, and turning one off has no effect on the other.

Communication Preferences

What it does: Lets you control, topic by topic, whether you receive Email and/or Text Message notifications for Pathfinder, Company Events, Office Updates, and President's Update. Each of those topics has its own independent Email toggle and Text Message toggle. A fifth topic, Open Houses, has a Text Message toggle only. Everything defaults to on; you're only ever opting out.

Who uses it: All agents, managing their own preferences.

When to use it: Whenever you want to change how much — or how little — you hear about company events, office updates, or presidential updates, or which channel you'd rather get them on.

Email and text aren't the same message, sent twice. For Company Events, Office Updates, and President's Update, the Email toggle controls whether you get mail from the matching Adams Cameron Google Group (event-info@, presidentsupdate@, or your office's own group) — turning it off stops the emails but never removes you from the group itself. The Text Message toggle for the same topic controls something else entirely: whether Broadcast Messaging (below) includes you the next time staff sends a text alert in that category. Google Groups never sends a text message, and Broadcast Messaging never sends an email — so if you get both an email and a text about the same event, that's two separate systems each doing their own job, not one message arriving twice.

Common Questions

Open Communication Preferences →

Broadcast Messaging Manager / Staff

What it does: Lets coordinators, managers, and admins send a one-off text message to a group of agents — company-wide, by office, or a hand-picked list — under a category (Company Events, Office Updates, President's Update, or Emergency). Before sending, it checks each agent's own Text Message preference for that category in Communication Preferences, so only agents who haven't opted out actually receive it.

Who uses it: Coordinators, managers, and admins send broadcasts; any agent may receive one, based on their own Text Message preferences.

Emergency is the one exception: an Emergency broadcast reaches every agent with a phone number on file, regardless of anyone's Communication Preferences — it isn't something you can opt out of.
Open Broadcast Messaging →

Text Message Assistant

What it does: Text 386-222-0033 (386-ACC-0033) any time to ask about your own active listings, contracts, checklist tasks, or AC Pathfinder coaching status, and get an answer back by text within moments. No app, no sign-in, and nothing to opt into first — it just answers whenever you text that number.

Who uses it: All agents.

When to use it: Any time you want a quick answer without opening a computer — checking a listing's status from your car, confirming a closing date between showings, seeing what's still outstanding on a file, or checking whether your Pathfinder check-in is due.

What You Can Ask

The assistant only ever answers about your own transactions and coaching status — never another agent's, except that a team leader can also ask about their teammates' deals. This is separate from Communication Preferences and Broadcast Messaging: it's not a subscription you opt into, it only ever replies to a text you send first.

Common Questions

Working as a Team

Many Adams Cameron agents work as a team — some with one or two team leaders, some as true partners. The Workshop knows who is on each team, so team leaders can work on their whole team's listings, not just the ones they're named on.

Where your team comes from

Teams are set up in DeltaNet, with each person marked as a team leader or a team member. In a partnership, both partners are leaders. The Workshop copies DeltaNet's teams every night, so a change made in DeltaNet shows up in the Workshop the next morning. If your team, or your role on it, looks wrong, contact your office.

If you're a team leader

You can see and work on every listing and contract of every member of your team:

ToolWhat you can do for your team
Agent HubYour teammates' listings and contracts appear with yours, marked Team · name. You can check off their checklist items.
Cameron's StagePick a teammate's listing to make a tour, and edit tours your teammates made.
ACC BinderChoose which teammate's Form Simplicity account to work in. Your team decides whose account holds its files.
Text Message AssistantAsk about your teammates' deals too. The reply says whose deal it is.

If you're a team member

Nothing changes: you work on the listings and contracts you're named on, as before. Your team leader can also see and work on them.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I log into John's Workshop?

Go to johnadams.org and log in with your Adams Cameron credentials. If you're having login trouble, contact your office or the support line at (386) 253-8044.

I'm a new agent. Where should I start?

Start with these four steps: (1) Use Agent Bio Creator to write your professional bio, (2) Use Agent Photo Updater to upload your headshot, (3) Complete your DeltaNet Profile Audit to see what's missing, (4) Open AC Pathfinder and start your 12-month business plan with your manager.

A tool isn't working. What do I do?

First, check if there's a connectivity notice at the top of the Workshop page — some issues are related to DeltaNet or MLS connectivity that affect multiple tools. If it appears to be a specific tool bug, use the Feedback & Support tool to report it, and contact the office at (386) 253-8044 if it's affecting your work urgently.

Are the AI tools private? Does my client data leave Adams Cameron?

The Workshop's AI features are built for professional use. Avoid entering personally identifiable client information (full names, SSNs, financial account numbers) into AI tools unless the tool specifically requests it for a defined purpose.

What does "Beta" mean next to a tool?

Tools marked Beta are functional but still being actively refined. You may encounter occasional issues. Use the Feedback & Support tool to report any problems you find — your input helps improve the tool.

I'm on a team. Why can't I see my partner's listings?

Only team leaders see their teammates' listings; team members see the ones they're named on. In a partnership both partners should be leaders. Your team and roles come from DeltaNet — if they're wrong, contact your office, and the change shows up the next morning. See Working as a Team.

Can I use Workshop tools on my phone?

Yes. The Workshop is mobile-friendly. The Agent Roster specifically can be installed as an app icon on your phone's home screen.

Who do I contact if I need help?

Use the Feedback & Support tool for non-urgent questions and bug reports. For urgent issues, call the office at (386) 253-8044. You can also reach Adams Cameron through the contact information on the main Adams Cameron & Co. website.
